The 2008 Bad Boy Buggy comes with dual 48 volt electric Regen motors. Each motor produces 13 peak horsepower and 65 foot pounds of torque for a total of 26 horsepower and 130 foot pounds of torque. Power is supplied by twin 500 amp drive controllers. Since electric motors produce torque instantly and evenly throughout the motors RPM range you and your Bad Boy will climb steep hills, crawl over large rocks, ease through ditches and walk through mud.
The Bad Boy Buggy comes standard with 8.25 inches of ground clearance to the differential and 16.5 inches of clearance to the frame, several inches more than our competition.
